Engagements

I believe engagement sessions are the key to successful wedding photography, which is why I include them as a complementary gift in all of my wedding packages.  It's the perfect way to get to know each other and to get comfortable in front of the lens. 

99% of the time, you have never been in front of a photographer's lens and that is exactly what I want! It’s ideal because it gives me a chance see how you naturally interact as a couple. It’s the easiest way for me to be able to know you and then I can give you some direction and will teach you my core poses. The core poses are just extra tools to utilize when you feel like you don’t know what to do, which helps you to feel comfortable and get to a place where you are natural and yourself in front of the camera. 

Generally engagement shoots are scheduled six to nine months ahead of the wedding date. Sometimes sooner sometimes later, it's totally up to you. I do offer multiple pricing options so please contact me, I like to match my clients with the best package to match their needs. These images are great for save the dates, sign in albums for the wedding, your engagement announcement, to use creatively in your wedding day decor, give framed prints as gifts for your family, or my favorite reason is just documenting this exciting time in your life!
